KEYNOTE STARTER OR THINKSHOP: DIFFFERENT THINKING FOR DIFFFERENT RESULTS
To get diffferent results, we must do things diffferent; to do things
diffferent, we must think diffferent; and to think
diffferent, we must first think about the way we think.
The 7 Levels of Change – Thinking Diffferent for Diffferent Results (3rd edition, 2011)
serves as a Fieldguide for both keynote “starters” and ThinkShops.
- As a “starter” to launch conferences, leadership or group offsites, and strategic planning sessions, this 60-minute interactive presentation will take your and your group’s thinking
through increasingly higher levels of change and correspondingly challenging mindshifts to set the stage for some very diffferent
thinking later. With that, you’ll then be able to participate in the rest of the conference or meeting thinking diffferent using the tools
and techniques you’ve just learned.
- As a ½ or full day ThinkShop, you will be introduced to a range of creative thinking styles and techniques that teach you how to have diffferent
ideas. You will be guided through and learn how to apply the 7 Levels of Change, their corresponding 7 Levels of Thinking, and the 7 Levels of Fear that lurk behind them. The ThinkShop
explains and demonstrates basic tools and processes for thinking and doing diffferent at each Level of Change. You’ll understand what Level
of Change you personally tend to operate at and how to understand people whose ideas are diffferent from yours.
